What is a Professional Organizer?

There are a few terms used to describe what we do – Personal Organizer, Professional Organizer, Home Organizer – we organize for a living! While there is no qualification for this profession, there is a lot of information and education available. Three Pines has been fully trained through the Professional Organizers in Canada. Three Pines is also a member of PO Connect – an international community of organizers who offer support, ideas & training through social media.

What do you charge?

We offer organizing services at competitive rates and work with clients on a variety of budgets. Check out our Services page for more information!

Do I have to work with you or do you work by yourself?

Organizing is unlike other in-home services that don’t require your presence. We want to make sure that the system we develop is tailor-made for you. This means we need your input! While we do the heavy lifting, the process is very cooperative. Once we have sorted together, you can leave the organizing to us! We love creating unique systems for each individual need.

What can we accomplish in a session?

We can get so much done together! Here’s we recommend:

2 organizers for 6 hours is great for:

  • Kitchen & Pantry
  • Master Bedroom & Closet
  • Basement Storage Room
  • Kids Rooms & Family Organizing

1 organizer with you for 6 hours

  • Home office filing
  • Small closets (linen, bathroom, pantry only)

Large projects (including garages, large storage areas and custom design) require a custom quote, which can be done through our free consult!

Where do you get your products?

Almost everywhere, though we have a set variety of products that we source locally and through larger online sellers.

Who works with me?

You will have a team or personal organizer come to work with you, depending on what you booked. Our team is gentle, friendly and so effective! You’ll be in great hands, no matter who you’re working with!

What does your name mean?

Three Pines came after a lot of thought about why I do what I do. The “three” comes originally from my three children. They are the reason that I have been able to create so many functional systems in small spaces. The “pines” refers to where we live, in the Great White North.
